LATEST NEWS - 2008 VINTAGE
The 2008 Vintage is about to be bottled. Refer to Wine + Vineyard –
2008 Syrah Tasting notes. The 2008 will be released on Labour Weekend
when we reopen for the next season.
Late February saw some
more heavy unseasoned rain however the exceptionally hot summer has
seen an early veraison and the 2009 crop is looking excellent. We are
currently thinning the crop to enhance the quality of the grapes and
improve ripening and drying, if we get further rain. Harvest is
expected first week in April.
